- Where will our sessions take place?
- In person or virtual – it’s up to you. My office is located in Northwest Raleigh at 5561 McNeely Dr. Suite 101, or we can meet virtually from anywhere in North Carolina.
- How long are sessions?
- Our first session will be an assessment and will last about an hour. Ongoing sessions are 55 minutes.
- What will our sessions be like?
- The first session is an assessment and overview of what you’re wanting to work on, your history and goals, etc. After that, our sessions are your time and we can talk about and work through anything you’d like. If you have trouble coming up with things go talk about, I can help with that, too!
- Do you take insurance?
- Yes, I am in network with several major insurance companies. Learn more on our “Rates and Insurance” page.
