Services

I specialize in supporting individuals who are bravely interrupting patterns of generational trauma and neglect, codependency and other inherited dynamics. Whether you’re setting boundaries for the first time, learning to parent differently, healing from toxic family systems or simply trying to understand your own needs, our work together will honor both your strength and your struggle.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy for adults, children and adolescents. Stress often comes with change, and we often find ourselves in states of change, whether that is in relationships, careers, school or transitions in parenthood.

Clients often come to me when they find that their feelings and actions are holding them back from experiencing fulfilling relationships and enjoying their lives. We work together to help find balance in their lives as well as identifying and changing patterns and core beliefs that may be holding them back.

Parenting Support

Many of my clients are the first in their families to seek therapy, speak openly about emotions, or question long-held beliefs about discipline, love and worth. It’s powerful work – and it can also feel lonely, exhausting and overwhelming.

In our sessions, we focus on helping you:

  • Heal from childhood trauma and attachment wounds
  • Regulate your nervous system during challenging parenting moments
  • Shift out of guilt, shame or perfectionism
  • Break free from generational patterns like emotional neglect, harsh criticism or enmeshment
  • Build a more connected, respectful relationship with your child
  • Identify and put into place parenting strategies that make sense for you and your family

I integrate trauma-informed, attachment-based and inner child work to support your healing and growth – not just as a parent, but as a whole person. Because when you do this work, you don’t just change your life – you change your child’s story, too.

If you’re committed to ending cycles and raising emotionally healthy kids, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Children and Adolescents

Therapy for children and adolescents often includes individual sessions with the child, separate sessions with parents or caregivers and some joint family sessions. Family therapy offers a space where everyone can come together to better understand each other, work through challenges, and create healthier ways of relating.

Whether your child is struggling with big feelings, focusing in school or in managing conflict with others, therapy can help them identify and practice skills they need to thrive right now and as they grow.

The goal isn’t to “fix” anyone — it’s to help your child or teenager understand their feelings and behaviors in a way that is empowering them to make changes. We work as a team to identify patterns, build practical skills, and to help them feel seen and supported.
